The Peachy Hour

Hanya was a God sent to our family- we came to her with a little one who was a chronic cat napper, would wake every 1.5 hours overnight and left us feeling depleted and exhausted. She completely changed our little girls sleep habits and helped us work out a method that truly suited our babies temperament and needs. She was extremely patient, kind, gentle, supportive and understanding.. Hanya answered every text checked in frequently throughout the day to make sure that Mum and baby were OK.We can’t thank Hanya enough and we will be forever grateful for turning things around for us – we now have a baby that sleeps through the night, self settles and has started to consolidate her day sleep which is something that was almost impossible at one stage – Beyond grateful for this extremely special human- Thank you, Hanya XO

Working with Hanya was life changing for my family. As first time parents, we were struggling with our baby’s sleep, overloaded with information and overwhelmed by a lack of sleep. Hanya was absolutely incredible! Our little one went from waking 5+ times a night and inconsistent napping to consistent day naps and now sleeping through the night peacefully!
